The fried chicken was AMAZING! My boyfriend had the fried chicken waffles and he enjoyed it a lot too. The place is small enough that you can absolutely hear the kitchen, so heads up if that's not up your alley. That said, the guys there definitely seem to care about the food. One thing for the future: napkins as a standard for each table would be great. I had to snag some from a neighbouring table since the burgers get messy real fast. ”

“ Little Mac's looks like a sugar shack with a kitchen attached, and the sight of it was so promising from the sidewalk that I had to go in. It's small and clean and charmingly worn inside, with substantial outdoor seating available. The milkshake menu is almost as big as the food menu, so if you have a penchant, you're in luck. Burgers, ribs, fried chicken, fish and chips, onion petals and various sodas are also available (including Stewart's sodas in the bottle, which I'm partial to). I had the best fried fish sandwich I've ever had, extremely messy, crispy, with dill sauce, pickles, cabbage and mustard. The fries come hot and hand-cut, and very good. Wait staff was friendly, sweet, attentive and prompt, and the chef knows what he is doing. I did not think to take pictures, but I will next time I go, because there will be a next time. ”
“ Found this little gem on Yelp. Was really craving a fish sandwich or some fish and chips and found this location. It didn’t disappoint. My fish and chips were delicious!!! Man, I normally don’t even like coleslaw. I asked my husband if he wanted it but tried it first and I was like “NVM!” LOL. The slaw was garlicky. It was so bomb. The fish was haddock. At first I thought it was cat fish but haddock is even better. My husband said he enjoyed his chicken sandwich. The fries are fresh cut. Had some great flavor and loved how thin and crispy they are. Service was quick to order and the food came out hot and fast!!! It was a little bit cold in the restaurant so I can see the place being a little bit more popular in the summer. Overall, definitely coming back to visit next time we are here!!! ”
